Flexface cover:

A Flexface cover is a strong PVC material that is tensioned inside the aluminium box.
This material is cheaper than the Perspex face, but the printing on the Perspex is clearer than of the Flexface. Perspex can be laminated and can be washed regularly where the flexface fades quicker.

Prices on the light box: Printed, mounted against a wall, 0-5 metre:

• Single face: Smaller than 1 m² – R3600 per square metre
• Single face: Bigger than 1 m² – R3200 per square metre
• Double face: Smaller than 1 m² – R3900 per square metre
• Double face: Bigger than 1 m² – R3700 per square metre
• Installation on 76mm square tubing poles, 2mm wall thickness 3000mm high – R1600 extra
• Installation on 100mm square tubing poles – R1500 extra
  

Our light boxes are made to last, with faces manufactured from the highest quality materials available. Our light box vinyls are the best quality translucent. No light box is too big for us. Extrusions are usually 150mm deep. Unfortunately we do not do the electricity part ourselves and you would need an auto electrician that is registered by ECASA to do the electricity installation.

Flexface light boxes are those whereby the vinyl print is stretched at both ends of the light box and tightened using a tension mechanism, these types of light boxes are generally used in bigger applications as prints in normal light boxes tend to sag in the middle when the size of the box is too large. The depth of the light boxes range from 150mm – 200mm.
